FINAL ELECTION RESULTS

2^nd. Peter 1: 10- 11

Therefore, my brothers, be all the more eager to make your           ELECTION sure.

          For if you do these things, you will never fall, and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our lord and Savior Jesus Christ”

TALKING ABOUT ELECTIONS OF ANOTHER SORT:

1-    The 2000/2004 elections of our president were two  that left a lot to be desired.

2-    It lingered on and on until it all but seemed impossible that we would have an election.

3-    However the Presidential Election is about our Country’s immediate future.

4-    And the Election we’ll speak of today is about our Eternal Election.

5-    And it has to do our Eternity being on the line!

6-    This election is about God electing on His part that we be provided Salvation;

7-    This election is that we make sure we’ve allowed Him; to Eternal Life;

8-    For He has predestined no one to be lost but rather to have this relationship with Him.

9-    And you and I must make this sure in Him.

WE HAVE BEFORE US TODAY A MORE ETERNAL WEIGHTIER MATTER:

1-    To make our peace calling and election sure:

2-    And that being that God has elected himself that none should perish;

3-    But that all should come to repentance

4-    And doing that we are the very elect of God.

MEN MAY CHOOSE TO NOT VOTE IN THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION:

1-    But everyone votes in the Eternal Election.

2-    It’s a Two-Party Ticket; but not about Democrat or Republican.

3-    You’ll either have an “R” by your name for Redeemed.

4-    Or you’ll have a “D” for the devil or the Damned.

5-    Friends, you have one ballot and two choices.

BUT WHAT ARE THE ISSUES THAT WE NEED TO CONSIDER IN THIS MOST IMPORTANT ELECTION OF LIFE?

1-    We must realize there are only two candidates to choose from.

No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. Mt. 6: 24

1-      This election is not complicated; there’s’ no confusing ballots.

2-      One ballot, two names; you’ve got a choice; Eternity is on the line!

IN OUR ELECTION TODAY: WE CHOOSE GOD OR WE CHOOSE THE DEVIL:

1-    If you vote is for God; you have elected a proven leader.

2-    His record is one of integrity, moral purity and His record is Spotless.

3-    If you voted for God; you’ve chosen one who has never sinned;

4-    He is not a man that he should lie;

5-    He has a 100% pro-life voting record.

6-    He wrote the book on education, shaping lives all down through the ages.

7-    He is anti-violence; And He believes that if His love is in our hearts;

8-    It’ll take guns and weapons out of our hands.

A VOTE FOR GOD IS A VOTE FOR HEALTH CARE AND FINANCIAL SECURITY:

1-    He heals all your diseases. Psa. 103: 3

2-    He supplies all your needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4: 19

3-    Cast your final vote for God and you’ve elected someone of un-equaled interest.

4-    He believes us all to be equal no matter of race, creed or color,

God is no respecter of persons but accepts men from every nation who fear him and do what is right. Acts 10: 34-35

BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT REASON FOR VOTING FOR JESUS IS THIS:

1-     You know what Jesus told Nicodemuus; “Ye must be born again”

2-     Go to Hell anyway you like; but to go to Heaven you know you must be born again!

3-     In the 2000 Presidential election they made up the rules as they went along.

4-     And men are still trying to do that with the Lord.

5-     But men will fail in their endeavor; Men just simply cannot change God’s rules.

HIS WORD TELLS US ALL:

1-    That we were all sinners and that our sin had separated us from God.

2-    But God so loved the world hat He sent His only Begotten Son (His running mate)_ that whosoever….

3-    That means you and me and the whole wide world.

4-    That if we being that whosoever; would accept His gift; His Son.

5-    Receive the one who gave His life in your place on the cross as a sin offering for you.

HE SAID: Jn. 14: 6

I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except by me. If you really knew me, you would know My Father as well.

BUT HOW IS THIS?

Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved. Acts 4: 12

ALL OTHER VOTES CAST WILL BE INVALID:

For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works lest any man should boast. Eph. 2: 8- 9

BELOVED; GOD WANTS YOUR VOTE:

1-    But He’s not into Politics; He’s into Sacrifice.

2-    He laid down His life for you!

3-    This is how we can make our peace calling and election sure today.

4-    He laid down His life for you; And your vote for Him today; cancels out your past sins.

5-    Your vote today for Him assures you of an Eternal Home in Heaven!

6-    But we must choose to do things God’s way!

7-    “You must be born again”

8-    What’s it gonna be? The Choice is yours!

CAST YOUR VOTE TODAY;

1-    Jesus said: “He who hates me hates my Father as well”. Jn. 16: 23

2-    And some will say; “I don’t hate Jesus”!

3-    That’s well and good; but do you Love Him?

GO AHEAD AND CAST YOUR VOTE:

1-    But I need to make one thing clear; the Devil is one “Slick Willie”!

2-    Satan will tell you it’s OK to sleep with your boyfriend/girlfriend, it’s socially acceptable.

3-    But it’s not OK in God’s eyes!

4-    Satan will tell you it’s OK, pop those pills, drink up, lie, cheat and steal from the boss.

5-    Friends you do it! And you just voted for the Devil.

THERE ARE ONLY TWO CANDIDATES; AND YOU MUST VOTE BEFORE YOU DIE:

1-    If you’re breathing; the Polls are still open!

2-    Today is the day of Salvation.

3-    If you’re alive, you can still cast your vote.

4-    Don’t mess around; make sure your peace calling and election with God!

If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe n your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved! Rom. 10:9

1-    We none know whether we’ll get another chance to vote or not.

2-    Your life is like a vapor, here today and gone tomorrow.

3-    The Polls are still open!

EVERYONE WHO CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED: Rm. 10: 13

1-      You’re alive; You’re still breathing; You’re hearing this message today!

2-      God is reaching out to every one of us today!

3-      The Election Polls are still open! And so is His Arms Open to you!

4-      You can run down to the Altar and cast your vote today!

5-      And then your voter registration card will read with a big Red “R”.

6-      You stand for the Redeemed Party!

WON’T YOU COME TO THE CROSS TODAY?

1-    Throw your life at the feet of the Savior Jesus Christ.

2-    Make sure your peace calling & election!

IF YOU’RE DEAD, THE ELECTION IS OVER:

“It’s appointed unto man once to die, and after that the judgment”. Heb. 9: 27

TIMES STILL TICKING:

1-    But how much time do I have to vote?

2-    Some may have 10 to 50 or 60 years; some are already out of time.

3-    The Polls are open right now; tomorrow may be too late.

4-    But when you’re dead the election is over!

5-    Today is the day of Salvation:

6-    Run to the Altar and cast your ballot today!

AND IN THIS ELECTION; THERE WILL BE NO RE-COUNTS;

“Today is the day of Salvation!”

SOME THINGS REQUIRE THAT WE NOT PUT IT OFF TOO LONG:

1-      To Procrastinate; To Put off being saved is Risky Business!

2-      To make Excuses is still worse!

3-      For God knows the heart of man!

4-      He already knows how the book has been written. Amen?

5-      He knows the score already; He knows who you have voted for;

6-      Make sure this day; your peace calling and election.

7-      Run to the Polls and vote “JESUS” for Eternity is on the line waiting!

8-      Stop Procrastinating; and come and Vote for “YOUR ELECTION”!

9-      Did you get it? “This is about “YOUR ELECTION”!

IT’S TIME FOR ALL MEN TO QUIT MAKING EXCUSES:

1-    Men have seen the light; the curtain has been pulled back!

“If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin.  Now, however, they have no excuse for their sin”. Jn. 15: 22

THERE ARE TWO CANDIDATES; AND WE MUST CAST OUR VOTE BEFORE WE DIE:

1-    So, that when we stand before the Master; The final results will be in.

2-    In fact they’re already recorded!

“The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books”.

THE CANDIDATE YOU CHOSE WILL HAVE ALREADY BEEN RECORDED:

1-     If you’ve voted for God during your lifetime, your name will be in the books.

2-     Your name will be listed in the Lamb’s Book of life.

3-     The Precious Blood of the Lamb will have numbered you among the Redeemed.

4-     Is your name in the book?

5-     Are you one of the Registered “Redeemed “?

OR WILL YOU HAVE TO ASK HIM TO PLEASE SEARCH THE BOOK AGAIN?

1-    And He’ll search the book again and then say to you!

2-    “Depart from me, ye worker of iniquity, for I never knew you”!

3-    Beloved; “What if today were the day?”

4-    What would the Final Election Results reveal?

5-    The Polls are open This Morning!

6-    Do you need to cast a vote? Eternity is on the line!

THE CANDIDATE YOU CHOSE WILL DETERMINE WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR FUTURE!

1-    If anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire!

2-    Beloved; this is no “PLAY GAME”.

YOU CAN ONLY VOTE ONE OF TWO WAYS:

1-    And a vote for anyone else is a vote against God!

2-    Make sure today your peace calling and election.

3-    Know where you stand and upon whom you stand!

4-    Get to the Poll today; actually to the Cross; the pole with a crossbeam attached.
